How we met:
It was during a night out that Edward first saw me. He immediately made his way towards me but I didn’t pay much attention because I was already with someone and at first glance thought him to be arrogant; which was quite a paradox ‘cause if I spared him a second glance, I would have noticed that he was a everything I wanted!
Months later I saw him again but this time noticed him right away. A quick 'Hello' turned into an entire night of talking that turned into us falling for each other like a ton of bricks. The curiosity and excitement grew in to love very quickly but the proposal took time…as he waited for the perfect moment to ask me.
How he proposed:
4 years later and Edward saw the perfect opportunity. It was on his birthday, using it as the perfect cover for his romantic proposal. After a night out with a nice dinner he took me home but instead of going into the house for coffee he asked me to follow him into the garden. After some persuasion I followed him to a beautiful rose petal path that lead me to a corner in the garden filled with red and white rose petals, softly lit by candle light and in the middle a beautiful vase filled with white sand.
As I was staring at this beautiful scene trying to catch my breath I noticed a diamond shining in the candle light on top of the sand. Edward got down on one knee and asked me to be his wife...he was still busy with his sentence when I said “YES”!
And the rest is history…
